Chris had always loved art from his childhood. He was pretty good with the brush, and was an art collector too. His organisation had been pretty famous domestically, and Chris now felt it was an appropriate time to expand and tap the Asian and African markets and gain a stronghold. It wouldn’t be easy, for everyone wanted a piece of the global ecommerce art pie. He basically wanted his site to be an art world market store- to be a one stop shopping ground for art. The domestic market was saturated, and increasing penetration abroad meant grooming an international ecommerce specialist. He chose his nephew, a bright boy with a similar love for art, for the job. The boy would be his apprentice.
